Ruh, a contemporary women's ethnic wear brand rooted in craft and quality, is looking for an experienced

Head of Production

to lead our production network and strengthen our backend operations.

We work with master artisans and small workshops to create timeless pieces that balance traditional craftsmanship with modern sensibility. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about building systems that honor and scale this craft.

We are seeking a leader who will:

Manage our end-to-end outsourced production, from sourcing to dispatch. Oversee and coordinate work with our valued karigars, workshops, and vendors. Build robust production calendars and ensure timely delivery. Maintain strict quality standards and manage cost control. Lead and mentor our production, QC, and coordination teams. Support the implementation of ERP / MIS systems for production tracking.

The ideal candidate has:

3-5 years' experience in production management, preferably in ethnic or occasion wear. A

strong vendor and artisan network

in Kolkata or North India. Deep understanding of fabrics, embroidery, and garment finishing. A process-driven approach and experience in scaling or systemizing production. Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
