Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and trendsetting fashion collections. Execute the entire product development process, from concept to final production. Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences. Work closely with merchandisers and buyers to ensure product alignment with market demands. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. Monitor and manage the production timeline to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Stay informed about industry developments and incorporate them into design and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Fashion Designer and Merchandiser, with a successful track record in the fashion industry. Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, garment construction, and fabric properties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. prefer Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
