We are looking for a

Junior Fashion Designer + Product Development Assistant

to support new product creation. This role involves trend research, basic designing, fabric sourcing, sample follow-ups, measurements, and coordination with the production & creative team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in trend research and reference collection Support basic design sketches and product ideas Coordinate fabric & trim sourcing Follow up sample making with cutting master & tailors Take garment measurements and maintain measurement sheets Check basic fit issues and record corrections Organize samples and update PD tracker Coordinate with creative team for photoshoots Maintain sample library and product documentation

Skills Required

Interest in fashion & trends Basic sketching or design knowledge Understanding of garment measurements Good coordination & follow-up skills Basic Excel/Google Sheets Eagerness to learn
