About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing apparel-related graphics, including catalogue layouts, feature cards, T-shirt prints, and all-over print (AOP) patterns. This role requires both artistic vision and technical knowledge of print production for textiles.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging layouts for apparel catalogues, brochures, and feature cards. Create innovative graphic designs for T-shirts (placement prints, slogans, motifs, etc.). Develop all-over prints (AOPs), ensuring repeat accuracy and production readiness. Collaborate with the product development and merchandising teams to align designs with brand identity and seasonal themes. Prepare print-ready artworks with accurate sizing, colors, and placements for bulk production. Research design trends, market inspirations, and competitors to propose fresh concepts. Maintain organized design files, mockups, and templates. Work within deadlines to deliver creative solutions for multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design / Fashion Design or equivalent. Proven experience in apparel graphics and catalogue design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of textile printing techniques (screen, sublimation, DTG, AOP repeat layouts, etc.). Keen eye for typography, colors, and composition. Ability to translate concepts into commercial designs. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of fashion trends and garment construction. Experience in packaging design or other lifestyle product graphics. Photography or photo-editing skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
