Roles and Responsibilities -

Research and analyze

current fashion trends

, colors, fabrics, and consumer preferences. Collaborate with the

design team

to develop seasonal collections aligned with brand strategy. Coordinate with the tailors team to manage sourcing, sampling, and production timelines. Create and maintain

product line sheets

, costing sheets, and technical specifications. Oversee

fabric selection, trims sourcing, and quality approvals

before bulk production. Track

production progress

, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. Assist in

photo shoots, styling, and visual merchandising

for campaigns or lookbooks. Prepare and analyze

sales reports

to identify top-selling products and future opportunities. Coordinate with the

marketing team

for promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches. Build strong relationships with

suppliers and retail partners

for smooth merchandising operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Fashion Design / Fashion Merchandising / Textile Management

or related field. Strong knowledge of

fabric types, garment construction, and fashion forecasting

. Proficiency in

MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator, or fashion ERP systems

. Excellent

communication, coordination, and negotiation

skills. Strong

sense of aesthetics, color coordination, and visual presentation

. Ability to

work under deadlines

and manage multiple collections simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
