About the Traineeship Program

We are looking for

Fashion Design Trainees

who is passionate about design, creativity, and innovation in fashion. This is an

unpaid traineeship program (6-8 Weeks)

that offers hands-on experience in

design development, trend research, sampling, and product creation

for a growing fashion e-commerce brand. You will work closely with our design team to bring fresh ideas to life and learn how fashion products move from concept to market.

Only students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Fashion Design and or relevant fields may apply. Selection will be based on interview performance. Candidates must be available for full-time (Remote) traineeship. (Add Portfolio Link in Resume)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

researching fashion trends, fabrics, and silhouettes

. Support the design team in creating

mood boards, sketches, and CADs

. Help in

developing tech packs and design specifications

. Work with the sampling and production team on

prototype development

. Participate in

fabric selection, trims, and embellishment research

. Assist during

fittings, trials, and styling sessions

. Document and organize

design archives, samples, and reference material

.

What You'll Learn

The

end-to-end process

of fashion design & product development. Skills in

illustration, CAD design, and technical documentation

. Understanding of

fabric behavior, garment construction, and fit

. Exposure to

e-commerce fashion design cycles

(seasonal collections, fast fashion, and capsule edits). How designers collaborate with

production, marketing, and creative teams

.

Requirements

Current student or recent graduate in

fashion design, textiles, or related fields

. Strong

sketching, illustration, and creative visualization skills

. Familiarity with design tools like

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D

is a plus. Passion for

fashion trends, fabrics, and styling

. Good teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.
