Lennora is looking for a creative and motivated Fashion Intern to join our team and assist in bringing our designs to life. If you enjoy working in creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you!

We are a premium brand based in linen, that is focused on creating high-quality garments for womenswear/menswear, trend-forward apparel that combine innovative design with exceptional craftsmanship. We design and produce all samples in house at our studio. You'll play a key role in supporting the development of our seasonal collections, from initial concept through to final production. You will work closely with the product development team & prototype creation. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry and develop a deeper understanding of the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of seasonal collections.

Create technical sketches and flats.

Help with sample organization and fittings, take notes, and communicate any necessary design or fit adjustments.

Support the team with technical packages, including product specifications, measurements, and CAD drawings.

Collaborate with production, merchandising, and marketing teams.

Maintain an organized digital and physical design archive.

Perform other administrative and creative tasks as needed.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or related field.

Strong drawing and technical sketching skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Knowledge of garment construction and fabrics.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
