About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer Intern who has a passion for garment design, embroidery, and textile innovation. This role is ideal for a fashion student or recent graduate from a reputed fashion institute who is eager to gain hands-on experience in garment creation, embroidery design, and fashion development.

The selected intern will work closely with our design team to conceptualize and create high-quality garments, ensuring attention to fabric selection, embroidery patterns, and overall aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
Garment Design & Development

Assist in designing and developing garments from sketch to final product.
Work with different fabrics, textures, and patterns to create unique fashion pieces.
Ensure designs align with brand identity and current market trends.
Embroidery & Textile Innovation

Create detailed embroidery patterns and motifs to enhance garment designs.
Work on hand embroidery, machine embroidery, and digital embroidery techniques.
Research new embroidery styles, stitches, and fabric manipulation techniques.
Pattern Making & Draping

Support the team in pattern-making, draping, and sampling.
Assist in garment fittings and alterations to ensure the best fit and finish.
Coordinate with tailors and production teams to execute designs effectively.
Market & Trend Research

Stay updated on fashion trends, textile innovations, and embroidery techniques.
Conduct market research on colors, prints, and materials to inspire new collections.
Production & Quality Control

Work with the production team to oversee sample development and manufacturing.
Ensure quality control of embroidery work and garment finishing.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design from a reputed institute.
Strong creative vision with a keen eye for embroidery, color, and fabric selection.
Basic knowledge of pattern-making, garment construction, and textile design.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or any digital design tools.
Understanding of embroidery techniques, surface ornamentation, and embellishments.
Excellent sketching skills (hand-drawn or digital).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet design deadlines.
