About the Role:
IDeA Design College is hiring a part-time Fashion Design Faculty to teach embroidery, textiles, garment construction, and design fundamentals. Freshers with strong skills are welcome.
Responsibilities:
Help design and fine-tune the curriculum and course modules
Prepare lesson plans and follow them with discipline
Prepare assignments and projects, and monitor the performance of students strictly
Handle all classroom and studio sessions
Organise workshops, seminars, guest lectures and events
Take students on site visits and important events happening in the industry.
Qualifications:
Education:
BSc in Fashion Design (mandatory)
Experience:
0-1 year experience is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge and skills in embroidery, fashion design, fitting, textiles, and fashion
Knowledge of current trends in Fashion Design is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and mentor students to reach their creative potential.
