Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classes focused on
pattern drafting, draping, and garment construction techniques

Design and deliver practical, workshop-style sessions that build technical competence.
Provide students with
industry-relevant knowledge
of garment finishing, tailoring, and production processes.
Guide students in developing prototypes and collections aligned with course objectives.
Evaluate student work through assignments, critiques, and final assessments.
Collaborate with academic coordinators to align the course with institutional learning goals.
Maintain an inspiring, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Qualifications:

Specialized training or professional experience in menswear design, tailoring, and construction
is essential.
Minimum
3-5 years of teaching or industry experience
in pattern making and garment construction.
Proficient in both
manual and industrial pattern making
methods, including grading and fitting techniques.
Familiarity with CAD tools (Lectra, Gerber, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring young designers.
