Job Description

We are looking for experienced and creative Fashion Coordinators who can work with our offline and online customers, understand their fashion needs, and deliver tailor-made solutions. This role involves requirement gathering, design consultation, order creation, coordinating production, and managing logistics for timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend walk-in customers to understand their requirements and preferences. Provide expert fashion consultation on styles, fabrics, trends, fits, and customization options. Create and process customer orders accurately. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution of orders. Track and update customers on their order status. Plan and manage logistics for pickup of raw materials and delivery of finished products. Maintain records of orders, customer communications, and delivery timelines. Offer excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion design, fashion retail, or related customer-facing roles. Degree/diploma in Fashion Design or related field. Strong understanding of fabrics, styles, sizes, and current fashion trends. Good communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus). Basic knowledge of creating simple social media posts or willingness to learn. Strong coordination and multitasking abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. Willingness to quickly learn and use the existing in-house technologies and tools. Flexible and quick to adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience in fashion consultation and styling. Knowledge or experience with Shopify is an added advantage. Creative thinking with attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
