Job Description
Job Purpose: - To contribute towards the KPIs of the store and contribute towards the organization objectivesCustomer Service: -
- Provide customer service by being up-to-date with latest fashion trends while maintaining a timeless knowledge of fashion principles
- Assist customers in creating complete ensemble
- Accountable for achievement of individual sales targets and daily tasks assigned.
- Responsible for securing and growing client base through generating or pursuing leads.
- Upselling and focus on basic KPIs ensuring increased overall customer satisfaction and store profitability.
- Replenishment (tables, racks, shelves, walls) as per the brand's standards on colour blocking, size, styles etc
- Ensure the store including back office is maintained at all times, by taking care of all hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Education: Preferably Graduate
- Age: 18-26 years
- Min Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in fashion
