Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented

Fashion Consultant

for our Pune store. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of fashion, excellent communication skills, and a passion for styling and sales. You will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting the brand's products, and ensuring a high-quality in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the store counter with styling suggestions and outfit selections. Understand customer preferences, body type, and fashion needs to recommend suitable products. Maintain visual merchandising and ensure displays are attractive and up to brand standards. Handle billing, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting. Manage stock levels, assist in inventory counting, and maintain product displays. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Keep updated with the latest fashion trends and new collection launches. Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships. Coordinate with the store team to maintain cleanliness and order at the sales counter.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail fashion / apparel / lifestyle brands. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good sense of fashion, color coordination, and styling. Customer service and sales-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems. Well-groomed, confident, and energetic personality.

Qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred background in Fashion, Retail, or related fields).
