Key Responsibilities:
Understand customers' body types, personal style, and preferences to suggest suitable outfits and styling tips.
Assist clients in selecting garments, accessories, and coordinating looks.
Provide styling guidance for special occasions (festivals, weddings, office wear, casuals, etc.).
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Stay updated with fashion trends, fabrics, and Chidiyaa's collections to offer the best suggestions.
Collaborate with the sales & marketing team for styling shoots, events, and campaigns.
Handle customer queries both in-store and online with empathy and product knowledge.
Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) standards in the store and ensure products are displayed aesthetically.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Styling, or a related field.
0- 1 years of experience as a stylist, fashion consultant, or customer-facing role in the fashion industry.
Strong understanding of fabrics, silhouettes, and styling techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to connect with diverse clients and boost their confidence through styling.
Passion for sustainable fashion and storytelling.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ethnic/Indian wear styling.
Knowledge of color theory and accessorizing.
Social media-savvy; able to create quick styling reels or stories if needed.
