As a Fashion Consultant, you will serve as the face of the brand, delivering a premium, personalized shopping experience to clients. Your passion for fashion, excellent styling sense, and strong sales orientation will drive customer loyalty and revenue growth in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable, high-end shopping journey from entry to purchase.
• Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe recommendations tailored to each client's preferences, lifestyle, and needs.

Sales & Performance

• Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maximize each customer's shopping experience through upselling and cross-selling of products.

Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising

• Stay informed about current collections, fashion trends, and brand narratives.
• Ensure displays meet visual merchandising standards and inventory is accurately maintained.

Clienteling & Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective high-value clients.
• Maintain a client book and proactively follow up with clients for styling advice, exclusive previews, and new arrivals.

Store Operations

• Support store upkeep, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service and seamless operations.

Requirements:
Experience

• 1-3 years in fashion retail, ideally with exposure to premium or luxury brands.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Strong fashion sense and awareness of current luxury and fashion trends.
• Polished appearance and grooming aligned with luxury retail standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any field; education in Fashion, Retail, or related areas is advantageous.
