Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding the right outfits according to their needs, preferences, and body types. Offer personalized fashion advice and styling tips to enhance the customer experience. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, seasonal styles, and new arrivals. Ensure the store is visually appealing through proper merchandise display and cleanliness. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Coordinate with the store manager and team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a fashion consultant, stylist, or in a similar customer-facing retail role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fashion and a good eye for styling and trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers efficiently. Basic knowledge of retail POS systems and inventory tools. Pleasant personality and professional appearance
