Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented

Communication Designer

to craft compelling visual assets across all brand touchpoints. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence through impactful designs for social media, advertisements, emailers, packaging, print materials, website assets, and more.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Development

Design all visual content including but not limited to social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook), digital ads, newsletters, website banners, and lookbooks.

Ensure design consistency across all channels by following brand guidelines, color palettes, and typography standards.

Marketing Collaterals

Create high-quality marketing assets for product launches, campaigns, sales promotions, and events.

Deliver creatives for both digital (ads, emails, social media) and offline platforms (print ads, posters, packaging, tent cards).

Prompt Feedback & Execution

Adapt quickly to design feedback and execute revisions within designated timelines.

Coordinate closely with the marketing team to gather feedback and approvals efficiently.

Creative Innovation

Stay abreast of the latest design trends in fashion and digital communication.

Suggest and develop new visual ideas and formats like motion graphics, animated templates, or interactive content to boost brand engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in

Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts

, or a related field.

Proficiency in design tools such as

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects),

Figma

, or other relevant software.

Understanding of design best practices for digital and print media.

Experience

1-3 years of experience working in a

marketing agency

, design studio, or in-house creative team.

A strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create cohesive and impactful visual assets across platforms.

Skills & Attributes

Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Creative thinker with a passion for design innovation.

Team player with strong communication and feedback integration skills.
