The Bomb-Bae Wardrobe is looking for a proactive and well-organised
Client & Operations Coordinator
to manage client servicing and ensure smooth end-to-end order execution at our studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, and loves being hands-on with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily client communication via
WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone
Share outfit details, pricing, timelines, and guide clients through the order process
Maintain accurate records of
orders, measurements, approvals, and follow-ups
Coordinate with
masters, tailors, karigars, and embroidery units
Track each outfit through the complete workflow until
final dispatch
Oversee
packaging, shipping, and logistics
for local and outstation deliveries
Assist with
quality checks
to ensure every outfit meets brand standards
Maintain studio organisation and support smooth daily operations
Requirements & Skills
Warm, confident communicator with a professional approach
Highly organised, reliable, and strong multitasking abilities
Problem-solver who enjoys coordination and teamwork
Prior experience in
client servicing or operations
(fashion industry experience is a plus)
Comfortable using
WhatsApp Business
and basic documentation tools
Ability to manage timelines and handle multiple orders simultaneously
Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidates only
Experience in fashion studios, boutiques, designer labels, or custom clothing brands is an advantage
Detail-oriented with a strong customer-experience mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
