Afterhours Loungewear is looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented
Fashion Assistant
to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about fashion and production, and enjoys being involved in end-to-end brand operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed
market research
to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Manage
business administration
tasks, ensuring smooth internal coordination and documentation.
Handle
vendor research & communication
, including sourcing materials, negotiating, and maintaining vendor relations.
Support
sales operations
, assisting customers, tracking orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Oversee
production management
, coordinating with suppliers, tailors, and manufacturers for timely execution.
Manage
day-to-day operations
, ensuring all workflows run efficiently across departments.
Assist with
sketching
and design development as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in the fashion industry (production, design, merchandising, or similar roles).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working in a dynamic startup-like environment.
