Position Title: Head - Human Resources

Role Summary
We are seeking a visionary and strategic HR leader to head our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organizational transformation, building a high-performance culture, and aligning people systems with business objectives. This role demands expertise in change management, governance, HR technology, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and CEO on workforce planning and organizational design.
Change Management & Culture
Lead change management initiatives to support transformation and innovation.
Champion cultural development and organizational effectiveness across all levels. Governance & People Systems
Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks for HR policies and practices.
Design and optimize people systems to ensure compliance, transparency, and scalability.
HR Technology & Analytics
Drive implementation and enhancement of HRIS/HRMS platforms.
Leverage data analytics for workforce insights, reporting, and decision-making. Learning & Development
Build and oversee L&D programs to foster leadership, upskilling, and career growth.
Promote a continuous learning culture aligned with organizational needs. Talent & Performance
Lead strategic talent acquisition and succession planning.
Drive performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
Compliance & Operations
Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and operational efficiency of HR functions.
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in driving change, implementing HR technology, and managing governance frameworks.
Strong understanding of employment law, organizational psychology, and strategic HR planning.
