Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greeting customers, answering their questions, and providing assistance with product selection and store policies.

Sales:

Selling merchandise, recommending products based on customer needs, and utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Transaction Processing:

Operating cash registers, processing payments, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Store Maintenance:

Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves, and organizing product displays.

Inventory Management:

Assisting in receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.

Promotions:

Understanding and promoting sales, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Brand Representation:

Representing the store and its brand to customers, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
