Their responsibilities may include: 1. Plant Care: Monitoring and caring for hydroponically grown plants, including planting, transplanting, and harvesting crops. 2. Nutrient Management: Preparing and administering nutrient solutions to ensure plants receive the necessary nutrients. 3. Environmental Control: Maintaining optimal environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity, and lighting, by operating equipment like grow lights, fans, and HVAC systems. 4.
