About the Role
We are hiring an experienced
Poultry Farm Manager
to lead and manage farm operations in Nigeria. The ideal candidate must have
10+ years of hands-on experience
in poultry management (broilers/layers) with strong leadership, production planning, and health management capabilities. Candidates
must be ready to relocate
, with full support provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily poultry farm operations (broilers/layers).
Implement and monitor strict biosecurity and hygiene practices.
Manage flock health, vaccination schedules & veterinary coordination.
Track production KPIs: mortality, FCR, growth rate & egg production.
Lead and train farm staff to ensure high performance.
Manage inventory: feed, medicines, equipment & supplies.
Maintain all farm records and ensure compliance with standards.
Handle crisis situations and create action plans for continuity.
