About the job Farm Manager - Banana We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced farm manager to oversee our citrus farm operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and a proven track record of managing successful Banana farms. Candidates with Msc agriculture and 6 to 10 years experience will be preferred Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the banana farm, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance Develop and implement strategies to increase yield and reduce costs Manage a team of farm workers and ensure a safe and productive work environment Maintain accurate records of all farm operations, including inventory and financials Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders in the banana industry Qualifications Masters or Bachelor\'s degree in agriculture, horticulture, or related field Minimum of 6-10 years of experience managing a banana farm Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the banana industry Job Type: Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
