Residential Farm Manager / Gau Shala Manager

Location:

Gau Gram, Vadsar - Ognaj Khatraj Highway, Ahmedabad

Gau Gram, one of Ahmedabad's most respected Gau Shalas, is looking for a

full-time, residential Farm Manager

to lead operations.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage daily care, feeding & health of cows and calves

Oversee fodder cultivation, silage & farm field management

Supervise staff, allocate tasks & ensure discipline

Maintain records (milk yield, breeding, fodder, veterinary)

Ensure hygiene, sustainability & smooth operations

We're Looking For:

Graduate in Agriculture / Animal Husbandry / Dairy / Veterinary (preferred)

5+ years' farm/livestock management experience

Strong leadership, problem-solving & team skills

Passion for Gau Seva & sustainable farming

Willingness to stay on-site (residential facility provided)
