Farm Manager / Farm Supervisor

Job Overview:

Looking for an experienced and reliable

Farm Manager

to handle daily farm operations, crop planning, labour supervision, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day farm operations and workforce.

Plan and monitor crop activities - land prep, sowing, irrigation, and harvesting.

Maintain records of labour, inputs, and field activities.

Oversee fertilizer, pesticide, and irrigation management.

Monitor crop health and manage pest/disease control.

Maintain tools, machinery, and stock inventory.

Report crop progress and operations to management

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Agriculture or related field.

2-5 years' experience in farm/farm management.
