CTC : Rs.1,80,000 \xe2\x80\x93 Rs.3,60,000 Company Description The Hope Market is an initiative by James Jacob Kynadi, an award winning purist farmer inspired by Subash Palekar. THM encourages every farm to be a fully sustaining independent unit. THM consolidates crops from different purist farmers, along with crops from James\xe2\x80\x99s own farms in Southern India. Role Description The Farm Manager would be expected to reside on the property and be on the call 24*7. The primary responsibility would be overseeing work at the farm, maintaining financial well being and ensuring that operations run smoothly. They are expected to conduct strenuous record keeping and oversee management accounts, company budgeting, and the administration of accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the work at the farm and ensure operations run smoothly
• Analyzing existing operations, crops, staff, and financial documents andrecommending improvements
• Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring staffunderstands expectations
• Interpret the statistical and accounting information to appraise operating results interms of cost, budgets, and policies of operation, trends and increased profitpossibilities
• Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, and other supplies are regularly restocked
• Scheduling repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment and machinery
• Handling the marketing and sale of products produced on the farm like fruit,vegetables, and grain
• Ensuring all staff adheres to health and safety regulations
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members
• Use sophisticated means to track and deliver information to the management usinga sharp eye for relevant details and efficient communication systems
• Promote a positive work atmosphere

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or equivalent preferred
• Additional courses in business management or administration are recommended
• Management experience would be a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• The ability to make decisions in stressful environments, superb communication andinterpersonal skills
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• A passion for agriculture
• Belief in Natural Farming

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
