Farm Manager :Key Responsibilities1. Farm Operations Management

Plan, organize, and supervise daily farm operations Ensure smooth functioning of crop production, harvesting, and post-harvest handling Monitor farm infrastructure, equipment, and utilities

. Resource & Input Management

Manage inputs such as seeds, nutrients, fertilizers, water, and pesticides Optimize water, energy, and nutrient usage to reduce costs and wastage Maintain inventory and procurement planning

3. Team & Labor Management

Recruit, train, and supervise farm staff and labor Assign daily tasks and ensure discipline, safety, and productivity Maintain attendance, performance records, and compliance

. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with agronomists, suppliers, consultants, and buyers Support marketing, logistics, and dispatch planning Act as the key point of contact for farm-related activities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
