The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising crop cultivation, monitoring soil and irrigation conditions, coordinating farm activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the implementation of best agricultural practices to optimize yield and quality..
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily farm operations, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting.
Monitor crop growth, soil health, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal productivity.
Maintain accurate records of crop cycles, inputs, and production output.
Coordinate with farm labor, vendors, and suppliers for timely execution of farm activities.
Implement sustainable agricultural practices and address issues like pests, diseases, or operational delays.
