About the Role:

We are looking for a sincere and responsible person to help in the daily management of our farm. The person should have a basic understanding of farming and be ready to handle both field and record-related work.

Main Responsibilities:

Look after day-to-day farm work and field maintenance Supervise and coordinate with labourers for routine tasks Maintain records of farm produce, sales, and stock Assist in crop monitoring and farm upkeep Manage both

organic and non-organic farming

activities as guided (Bonus)Help with

mushroom cultivation

if experienced

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of

agriculture or farming practices

Ability to manage and guide labourers Basic reading and writing skills for maintaining simple records Honest, hardworking, and willing to stay near the farm if needed (Extra advantage)If familiar with

mushroom cultivation or organic farming methods
