About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing crop advisory to the farmer over the call/WhatsApp/email
2. Engaging and guiding farmers through outbound calls and through other channels
3. Acknowledging and addressing customer complaints
4. Developing and maintaining knowledge of all services and equipment offered by the company
5. Executing sales of agri-inputs available in our e-commerce platform
6. Keeping records of customer interactions and transaction
7. Reviewing farmers\' requirements on a timely basis
8. Keeping up to date with new developments in the agriculture sector
9. Providing valuable inputs from farmers for creating informative videos

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 10th Apr\'23 and 15th May\'23
