Job Description

Actively originate and shape digital opportunities for the customer with inputs from functional experts o Manage transformation road map for opportunity identified at local and global scale. o Work with alliance partners / managers to assess applicability and usage of various products and partnerships to deliver greater value through transformation o Work closely with the team to create and deliver tailored product demonstrations, POCs and techno functional presentations that address specific customer needs o Act as a bridge between IT Business and presales teams effectively translating between technical requirements and business needs o Act as a transformation advisor to key prospects and customers providing strategic insights into how digital finance solutions can solve their business challenges o Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve digital strategies and processes for finance solutions o Ensure governance around transformation projects delivery and realization o Establish a transformation measurement framework along with ways of working o Guide project / process teams on the correct approach to define and deliver on transformation milestones o Recommend enhancements to the current projects to deliver greater value o Liaise with other Transformation Leads and processes on best practice and lessons learned
