To ensure excellent customer service, proper merchandising, and effective sales of fancy/non-food products such as cosmetics, perfumes, household items, toys, textiles, and gift articles, while maintaining Ramla's quality and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
Greet customers and assist them in locating and selecting fancy/non-food items.
Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and offers to drive sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Merchandising & Display
Arrange shelves and displays to ensure products are attractively presented.
Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and replenished on time.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor of reordering needs.
Assist in creating seasonal and promotional displays.
Inventory & Stock Control
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
Ensure no expired, damaged, or defective products are on display.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) in stock rotation.
Store Standards & Compliance
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the fancy section.
Follow company policies, health & safety, and loss prevention guidelines.
Support team members during peak hours and promotions.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training preferred.
1-2 years' experience in sales/retail (preferably in fancy/non-food items).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with persuasive selling ability.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and merchandising.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
