Job Description

Assist in the planning and execution of wellness programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals. Conduct wellness assessments and surveys to gather feedback and measure program effectiveness. Collaborate with HR and management to promote wellness resources and initiatives across the organization. Coordinate wellness events, workshops, and activities, ensuring they are well-organized and impactful. Maintain up-to-date wellness resources and communication materials for employees. Support the evaluation of wellness programs through data collection and analysis, providing insights for continuous improvement. Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive wellness programs that address physical, mental, and emotional health Conduct needs assessments to identify wellness trends and employee interests Organize wellness events, workshops, and activities that engage employees and promote healthy lifestyles Collaborate with healthcare providers and wellness vendors to enhance program offerings Monitor and report on the success of wellness initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Develop communication strategies to promote wellness programs and resources to employees Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on wellness-related issues
