Maintenance and Repairs

: Coordinating and scheduling routine and emergency maintenance for buildings, equipment, and outdoor spaces.

Vendor and Contractor Management

: Sourcing, negotiating with, and managing relationships with external service providers for various facility needs.

Safety and Security

: Implementing and overseeing security protocols, monitoring access systems, and ensuring compliance with building safety regulations.

Facility Operations

: Managing services such as cleaning, waste disposal, and ensuring the proper functioning of systems like HVAC.

Emergency Response

: Addressing and resolving unexpected malfunctions and other urgent facility-related issues.

Budget and Reporting

: Assisting in budget development and management, and providing regular reports on facility operations and expenses.

Communication

: Acting as a central point of contact for employees and other departments regarding facilities matters.

Age limit:20 to 35.

Pay: ₹9,162.86 - ₹41,452.06 per month
