Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Hardware & Networking Faculty

to deliver quality training in computer hardware, networking, and system administration. The faculty will be responsible for both theory and practical sessions, helping students become job-ready for IT support and networking roles.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and lab-based training in

Computer Hardware and Networking

Teach topics including: Computer hardware components, assembly, and troubleshooting Windows and basic Linux OS installation and configuration Networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, OSI model, TCP/IP) IP addressing, subnetting, and basic networking concepts Network devices: switches, routers, cables, and connectors Conduct

hands-on practical sessions

and real-time troubleshooting Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments Evaluate students through tests, practical exams, and projects Guide students for entry-level certifications (A+, Network+, CCNA - basics) Maintain and manage hardware and networking labs Support placement team by preparing students for technical interviews Stay updated with latest hardware and networking technologie

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking concepts Hands-on experience in system assembly, OS installation, and network setup Good communication and presentation skills Ability to explain technical concepts clearly Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments

Qualifications Educational

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field Relevant certifications (A+, N+, CCNA, RHCSA) preferred

Experience Requirements

1-5 years of experience in hardware/networking training or IT support Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply

Relocation Requirement
