. The role involves teaching, research, and academic leadership, contributing to the department's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate learning in

Finance

and

Business Analytics

for MBA and BBA students. Supervise academic research, projects, and dissertations. Develop and upgrade course content aligned with current industry trends. Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputed journals. Actively participate in department meetings, committees, and university-level activities. Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance academic and research outcomes.

Qualifications

:

Ph.D. in Management

with specialization in

Finance or Business Analytics

- Mandatory*.
Master's degree in

MBA (Finance / Analytics)

or an equivalent postgraduate qualification. Bachelor's degree in

BBA / Business / Commerce

or related fields.

NET / SLET / KSET

qualification - preferred. Minimum of

4 years

of teaching and/or academic research experience in a recognized institution.

Skills & Competencies

:

In-depth subject knowledge and academic expertise in Finance and Analytics. Strong classroom management and student engagement skills. Research-oriented mindset with publication record (preferred). Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, R, Python, or Tableau (for analytics). Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Collaborative and proactive academic approach.
