Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe are in Search of Faculty-English with exceptional academic & administrative qualities for the Department of Management StudiesJob Responsibilities:
- To teach at undergraduate and post graduate level in areas allocated and reviewed by the Head of Department.
- To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
- Undertaking a range of administrative tasks
- Building a strong student connect by counseling and mentoring.
- Maintaining knowledge of, and implementing, college policies;
- Liaising with other educational professionals and organizations;
- Ph.D. or 1st Class Masters Degree with 6 10 years experience in teaching, research &/ or industry.
- A strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enabling contributions to teaching UG & PG programs
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively
