Job Title: UIUX Design Faculty/ Trainer

About Us:

We are looking for an experienced UIUX Design professional to join our institution as a faculty member/ trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UIUX design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality UIUX design courses, workshops, and training programs for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop UIUX design courses, workshops, and training programs for students

- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions

- Create and maintain course materials, including presentations, handouts, and projects

- Mentor and guide students on their design projects and dissertations

- Conduct assessments and evaluations of student work and provide constructive feedback

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UIUX design

- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate UIUX design into the curriculum

- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to academic and administrative tasks

Key Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in UIUX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.

- Understanding of human-centered design principles, user research, wireframing, and usability testing

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels

- Experience in teaching or mentoring (preferred but not mandatory)

- Familiarity with industry-standard design processes and methodologies (Agile, Design Thinking, etc.)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

- Certification in UIUX design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, UX Design Institute, etc.) is a plus
