Job Description

It is a Senior Faculty position for the newly launched MBA in Media and Entertainment. The faculty is needed for the standard management subjects. Thus, the candidate must be aware of the classical Business theories and the new trends of Business worldwide. An in-depth understanding of Digital transformation of Business and it as an upcoming tool is required. Strong hold on areas like Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Budgeting Human Resource and Operation Management, etc. is expected.

- Enthusiast for academic, institutional, and students' growth and development.

- Prepare creative lessons and successfully deliver them in class.

- Capable of dealing with students and providing cutting-edge education.

- Working towards one's own professional growth through applied research and publishing in reputable journals on a regular

basis.

- A learner, adaptor, and leader all rolled into one.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.

- Eager to collaborate and work with students and other external stakeholders.

- Additional duties, such as participation in organisational activities and academic committees, should be gladly accepted.

Minimum/ Work Experience Required: 2-6 years of relevant experience. Previous Teaching experience would be a welcomed add on.

Annual CTC: Not a Constraint for right person

Minimum Education Requirements: * PhDs in Relevant Areas, and/or

• MBA/Master's degree in relevant areas/ NET, SET or any national or state eligibility test qualifier.

No of rounds of Interviews: 3

Work Timings : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Languages: English

Any other skill set:

- Teaching and/or working experience would be a benefit.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage.

- Proficiency in written and verbal English is expected.
