Salary Range:

?10,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and update training materials and modules. Deliver soft skills, communication, computer basics, or domain-specific training (as required). Monitor and evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback. Maintain training records and prepare reports on learning outcomes. Ensure a positive and interactive learning environment. Strong communication and administrative skills. Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, documentation). Must be responsible, proactive, and willing to work with a team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality. Prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or facilitator preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of learners. Basic computer proficiency.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

1-2 years of experience in the tourism hospitality industry.
