Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures and tutorials as per the syllabus. Design and update lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments. Conduct classroom discussions, practical sessions, and workshops. Guide and mentor students on academic as well as career-related matters. Prepare and evaluate question papers, assignments, and project work. Engage in curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching methods. Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and academic events. Stay updated with the latest developments in the subject area.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Master's Degree / PhD in the relevant subject from a recognized university.

Experience:

Prior teaching experience is preferred (freshers with exceptional academic records may also apply).

Skills Required:

Strong subject knowledge. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to use modern teaching tools (Smart Boards, PPT, online platforms). Commitment to student learning and academic excellence.
