Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physiotherapy Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, clinical expertise, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students in the field of Physiotherapy.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Instruction

: Deliver lectures, conduct practical sessions, and facilitate discussions in subjects related to Physiotherapy and allied sciences.

Curriculum Development

: Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating the course curriculum in line with the UGC and regulatory standards.

Student Mentorship

: Guide and mentor students, fostering their academic growth and professional development in the field of Physiotherapy.

Research & Development

: Encourage and assist students in research projects, and contribute to academic research within the Physiotherapy discipline.

Clinical Exposure

: Provide hands-on clinical training, ensuring students gain practical, real-world experience.

Examination & Assessment

:

Participate in the preparation of examinations, grading, and evaluation of student performance.

Administrative Duties

:

Assist in administrative responsibilities, departmental meetings, and other academic-related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution. At least 3-5 years of teaching and/or clinical experience in Physiotherapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of current trends, methodologies, and teaching techniques in Physiotherapy. Commitment to student success and holistic development.

Preferred

:

Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) preferred. Additional certifications or qualifications related to specific physiotherapy specializations (e.g., Orthopedic Physiotherapy, Neurological Physiotherapy, etc.) will be an advantage.

Desired Skills:

Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A passion for academic excellence and student-centered education. Research-oriented and open to continuous professional development.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
