About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Faculty

for Physics & Mathematics

who will mentor and guide a team of subject teachers delivering high-quality instruction for students in

classes 9 to 12

. The ideal candidate will have strong academic knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for effective teaching.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Academic Leadership

Deliver high-quality instruction for Physics and Maths classes when required. Plan and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Monitor, evaluate, and improve teaching methodologies across the team.

Student Success & Engagement

Track student performance and learning outcomes. Help design effective remediation strategies for students needing additional support. Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Curriculum & Assessment

Assist in developing or improving Physics and Maths curriculam. Review and standardize assessments, exams, and evaluation tools. Ensure accuracy and alignment of question papers and answer keys.

Qualifications & Skills:Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Education, or related field.

Experience

Preferred:

Minimum

2 years of relevant teaching experience

Skills

Strong subject knowledge in Physics & Mathematics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a teaching team. Organized, proactive, and student-centric mindset.
