HR / Organizational Behaviour

to teach BBA 1st Year students. The ideal candidate should be passionate about shaping young business minds and delivering impactful classroom experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Teach

Organizational Behaviour

and

Principles of Management

to BBA students. Explain core topics including personality, motivation, leadership, team dynamics, organizational culture, communication, and managerial functions. Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments. Conduct interactive sessions, case studies, role plays, and group activities. Guide students in developing soft skills, leadership qualities, and managerial thinking. Maintain academic records and evaluate student progress. Participate in departmental meetings, student mentoring, and academic events.

Qualifications Required

MBA (HR / OB preferred)

or

MBA General Management

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HRM, OB concepts, and management principles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills Ability to engage students through practical examples and real-life business cases Strong presentation and facilitation skills Interest in student development and academic innovation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
