Role Objective
We are looking for a subject matter expert in
Operations Management
to join our faculty team in Manjeri. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the curriculum for MBA/BBA students, focusing on process efficiency, logistics, and supply chain strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Academic Delivery:
Conduct lectures and practical workshops on Operations Management subjects.
Subject Expertise:
Provide in-depth knowledge in areas like
Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Logistics
, and
Quality Control
.
Curriculum Alignment:
Ensure teaching is in line with University standards (e.g., University of Calicut syllabus) and includes current industry trends.
Student Support:
Guide students through academic projects, internships, and career counseling in the operations sector.
Warehousing, transportation management, and global sourcing.
Project Management:
Strategic planning and resource allocation.
Operations Research:
Optimization techniques and quantitative decision-making.
Candidate Profile
Qualification:
MBA
with a specialization or strong elective focus in
Operations
is preferred.
Experience:
Previous teaching experience in a management institute or relevant industrial experience in operations/logistics.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with operational software or ERP systems is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam to effectively engage with students in the Malappuram region.
