Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Faculty (Mathematics) to join our team of professionals who are dedicated to providing the best coaching for IIT/JEE/KEAM entrance exams.

The primary responsibility of the Senior Faculty (Mathematics) will be to develop and deliver high-quality, effective, and engaging lesson plans that cover the entire mathematics curriculum for IIT/JEE/KEAM entrance exams. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the IIT/JEE/KEAM exam pattern and will be able to create lesson plans that are tailored to the needs of our students.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that cover the entire mathematics curriculum for IIT/JEE/KEAM entrance exams. Create innovative and effective teaching methodologies that are tailored to the needs of our students. Design and implement assessments to evaluate the progress of our students. Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss the progress of their child. Mentor and guide other faculty members to enhance the teaching quality. Participate in the development of new teaching materials and curriculum. Assist in the organization of student events and competitions.
Requirements:

A postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching mathematics for entrance/board exams. In-depth knowledge of the IIT/JEE/KEAM exam pattern and the mathematics curriculum. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.
