Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical classes in Civil Engineering subjects as per curriculum.
Develop course materials, lesson plans, and evaluation methods.
Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.
Engage in quality research, publish in reputed journals, and apply for funded projects.
Provide academic counseling, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum design, and accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC, etc.).
Collaborate with industry, professional bodies, and research organizations for knowledge exchange.
Support university activities, seminars, workshops, and extension programs.
Uphold ethical values and contribute to the vision and mission of the institution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech) from a recognized university.
Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (preferred or as per UGC/AICTE norms).
Prior teaching/research/industry experience will be an added advantage.
Strong subject knowledge with excellent communication and presentation skills.
