Brainware University is looking for dynamic and active applicants for the Faculty of Art & Illustrations. Job Details: The Faculty Member in the Multimedia department specializing in Art and illustrations will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, guidance, and mentorship to students pursuing degrees in multimedia arts. This position requires a deep understanding of contemporary art and illustration techniques, multimedia software, and the ability to inspire and cultivate students\' creativity. Key Responsibilities : 1. Teaching : Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in art, illustration, and multimedia design. Develop and update course curriculum in line with industry trends and academic standards. Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate their artistic growth. 2. Mentorship : Act as a mentor and advisor to students, guiding them in their academic and career development. Encourage students to explore innovative and creative approaches to multimedia art. 3. Research & Professional Development : Stay current with advancements in multimedia art, illustration, and related technologies. Engage in research or creative projects within the field, contributing to the department\'s reputation. 4. Collaboration : Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives. Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment. 5. Administrative Duties : Assist in departmental administrative tasks, such as course scheduling and student evaluations. 6. Community Engagement : Participate in departmental and university events, exhibitions, and outreach programs. Build connections with industry professionals and organizations to facilitate student internships and job placements. Qualifications : A master\'s degree or higher in Art, Illustration, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Proven expertise in traditional and digital art and illustration techniques. Proficiency in multimedia software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools. Prior teaching experience at the university level is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
