The HRM Faculty will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant sessions in Human Resource Management. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for HR careers by combining theoretical knowledge with practical insights and real-world case studies.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops on HRM topics such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, HR Analytics, and Labour Laws.
Develop and update teaching content, lesson plans, and case studies aligned with curriculum objectives.
Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and classroom participation.
Guide students in field projects, internships, and research activities.
Support in academic coordination, examination work, and placement activities.
Stay updated on the latest HR trends, tools, and statutory compliances.
Participate in academic meetings, events, and professional development sessions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or related discipline (UGC/AICTE recognized).
Experience: 1 to 5 years of teaching or industry experience in HR.
Freshers with strong academic records and communication skills may also be considered.
Key Skills:
Strong conceptual and practical understanding of HR functions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.
